The dose for this dietary supplement is four caplets per day, either taken all at the same time or distributed throughout the entire day. This product contains 1,200 mg chondroitin, 1,500 mg glucosamine, and 1,000 mg MSM.

As for the triple strength Osteo Bi-Flex, you will only take two caplets either taken at the same time or distributed throughout the entire day. This strength gives the same amount of chondroitin and glucosamine like when you’re taking six caplets of the regular strength. The best part is that you only need to take two caplets unlike in the regular strength.

The Osteo Bi-Flex Advanced is the enhanced version of Osteo Bi-Flex. This dietary supplement contains chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, Vitamin C, manganese, and “Joint Shield”. Actually, Joint Shield is a formula which contains an active ingredient called 5-Loxin which is extracted from Boswellia serrata. This compound is actually ten times more concentrated than the ordinary Boswellia serrata.
